Full payment will have to be made upfront. Cancellation can be made up to 3 weeks before the Grand Prix; however, a 15% service charge will apply. Tickets will be posted to you till 12 May or handed over to you by our hostesses at the welcoming desk.
Organizers shall reserve the right to cancel the event at any time up to three weeks prior to the Grand Prix. Cancellation in this case shall result in a full reimbursement of payment made by our guests.
